Review:
I recommend this story to anyone because it is very short. People will like it since the ending is very intriguing. On a scale of 1-10, I rate this story 8.5/10. What I liked about the story was the consistent author’s use of foreshadowing. It allowed me to use context clues to start putting the puzzle pieces together and find out the plot. My favorite part of the story was the very last sentence because 1, they made it as a question, which left me jaw-dropped, and 2, it made me understand the whole plot of the story, which is really messed up. The language used was just right, using a few unique words that would confuse the reader about what he was trying to say. He gave the correct tone to characters in certain situations, and since it is a short story, the pace was average. The author’s mastery of storytelling is undeniable. With precision and skill, every word of the story was carefully chosen to captivate and keep us hooked until the very end. The unexpected plot twist left me speechless, but upon revisiting the narrative, I realized the writer’s use of foreshadowing was nothing short of brilliant. It’s clear that the author has a deep understanding of the art of storytelling and knows how to create a truly unforgettable experience for the reader. People who prefer to read less will search for continuations of this story because it would leave them with some questions and surprise them with the plot if they find it.
